Hmm…apparently I’ve been in Japan for 12 days. I can tell you that after spending almost all your money in the space of 3 hours a hot bath feels REALLY good. My camera has about 1000 shots in it so I’ll go through them and upload the good ones. I have quite a few posters and magazines which I’ll scan and upload. Maybe pop down to the book store and grab a few Newtypes and such. Anyway, there’s too much to write I can’t really think. There’s some important news I was suppose to say…

Yes. I’m finally back. As some might have known, the blog had been down for a month. Visitors would find that any page involving PHP would be blank. This was as a result of the server upgrading to PHP 5 then downgrading and upgrading again. As I have been quite busy these last few weeks I did not pay much attention to the site. Not that I had anything to write about anyway.

Fortunately Maestro came to the rescue and identified the problem originating from my Buddy Cards plug in which has since been removed. My thanks to you Maestro! Anyway you won’t be hearing too much from me for another month anyway cause I’m off to Japan in two weeks. Until then!

Episodes 00 to 002 are available to download via torrent. The videos are in .mov format which is opened by iTunes by default. You will need a torrent program such as Azureus to download the files.

Need I say more? Maybe I do. As far as I know this seems to be the first of four movies based on the series. While the first three movies will be based on, but not remakes of Neon Genesis. The fourth however is said to be a completely new ending. All four movies will make use of 3D CG which may or may not make a difference. There will also be a few design changes to the Evangelion uniforms and new emblems for NERV and SEELE.

It’s also understood that a new character will appear during the second movie. The second movie is expected around February 2008 with the third and fourth apparently being screened at the same time later on in that year.

Well. Episodes 001 and 002 of The Adventures of the ASOS Brigade seem to have crept up behind me. As you may find out from Episode 002, the voice actors for all the character dubs have been announced. There’s no doubt the decisions were influence by the voice auditions on the site and the subsequent polls. However, one cannot help but feel that the series should have been subbed, not dubbed.
